Tyler Charest has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Tyler Charest is a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model for many products offered. Tyler Charest holds limited inventory and works with production partners to produce inventory on an as-needed basis.
This allows Tyler Charest to keep costs low and offer items from the highest quality manufacturers.
You can expect to receive the item(s) you order within 10-14 days, without defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact info@tylercharest.com. Tyler Charest will offer a refund or replacement for damaged goods only. An image of the damaged item(s) should be sent to info@tylercharest.com at the time a refund process is initiated.
